C. Data from Public Sources (B2B Consulting)

- Booking System: Amelia (WordPress Plugin) – Used to manage B2C reservations and scheduling. Data is stored on our servers (via IONOS) and is not transferred to external Amelia servers.
- Email Communication: Providers used for standard business email (e.g., Google Workspace or IONOS Webmail).
- Accounting: External accountants or tax authorities as required by French law.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary:
- B2C Customer Data: 3 years after the last commercial contact (active customer relationship).
- B2B Leads (Prospects): 3 years after data collection or the last positive interaction. If you opt-out, your data is deleted immediately.

- Health Data (Allergies): Deleted immediately after the event takes place.
