  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and access times (processed via our host IONOS and security plugins to ensure site security).


C. Data from Public Sources (B2B Consulting)
For our consulting activities, we may process professional data obtained from public sources (e.g., LinkedIn, corporate websites, press releases) to identify potential B2B partners or clients.

  • Data Collected: Professional Name, Job Title, Company Email, and Phone Number.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

  • Hosting: IONOS SE (Germany) – Hosts the website and database.
  • Booking System: Amelia (WordPress Plugin) – Used to manage B2C reservations and scheduling. Data is stored on our servers (via IONOS) and is not transferred to external Amelia servers.
  • Email Communication: Providers used for standard business email (e.g., Google Workspace or IONOS Webmail).
  • Accounting: External accountants or tax authorities as required by French law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary:

  • B2C Customer Data: 3 years after the last commercial contact (active customer relationship).
  • B2B Leads (Prospects): 3 years after data collection or the last positive interaction. If you opt-out, your data is deleted immediately.
  • Invoices & Financial Data: 10 years (strict legal obligation under French Commercial Code).
  • Health Data (Allergies): Deleted immediately after the event takes place.
