The “Junior Safari” (Families):
A safe and fun introduction to the intertidal zone for kids. We focus on finding crabs, exploring rock pools, look for simple seaweeds, and exploring the “aquarium” and playground left behind by the tide.

International Groups (English/German):
Remove the language barrier. I offer full tours and workshops in fluent English or German for international visitors. French tours are available via one of our partners.

From the Tide to the Table (Small Parties):

Combine a guided coastal discovery with an exclusive seaweed-infused menu at our partner restaurants. Complete your experience with the ultimate culinary reward. After exploring the rugged coast and identifying the “vegetables of the sea” in their natural habitat, we invite you to sit back and taste the potential of these ingredients in a refined setting.

I have partnered with selected local chefs in Le Guilvinec to curate a full dining experience that highlights fresh, local seaweed. You will see how professional chefs transform seaweed into elegant, contemporary dishes—pairing the notes of the ocean with fresh fish, shellfish, and local vegetables.
